Stayed in Wheelchair Accessible room with mini-bar, a large tub plus balloons, it worked well for me.

It offers ideal, nice location. You could walk to a market and gift stores.

The location is absolutely fabulous and best possible, 10 minutes' walk to Super Market Chomak. 30 minutes drive to the airport, it is located to use everything. I enjoyed my room - very well decorated and well-kept for mini-bar.

The rooms were well-appointed with jacuzzi and soaking tubs, for instance, nothing too much trouble. The hotel has premier location just off Mexican, French, Italian, Japanese or seafood restaurants, the most popular public beach, and a bay protected by a reef.

Our stay at Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya was worth every penny. The room was stunning, with a jacuzzi in the bathroom and a hot tub on the terrace, not to mention the huge, comfy bed. The location was unbeatable, right on the turtle sanctuary and with amazing views of the ocean and pool. The staff treated us like royalty, remembering our drink orders and going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by adding more variety and options to choose from.

I was given a well-appointed room with with the internet, a big bottle of Bacardi, a fully stocked mini-fridge. Location: the hotel was close enough to the Japanese/Asian restaurant, and Mexico and the Caribbean Sea.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, just a 90-minute drive from the airport. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful beach where you can see the famous sea turtles. The staff were amazing and provided top-notch service. I especially loved the private check-in and access to the preferred club, which made my stay even more special. The breakfast in the preferred club area was served to me, which I preferred over a buffet. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, with the option for 24-hour room service. The hotel staff also provided turn-down service, which was a nice touch. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, location to the beach, and the attentive staff.
